1. What is the warranty period of the product?

All Sencare e-Bed come with 3 years (36 months) full warranty.

2. Do you have a showroom to test & understand the product?

Yes, you are welcome to our showroom to experience our Sencare e-Bed.

3. May I know your showroom operating hours?

Our showroom operates 24/7 but with appointment basis. Please contact our hotline before your visit.

4. Do I need to pay for the delivery and installation? 

No, the offered price inclusive of delivery and installation. However, if the bed is located at the upper storey in the house and required extra manpower to carry then additional $50.00 per storey applied.

5. How about the payment mode?

We only require a small amount of deposit upon confirmed order. Balance payment shall be made upon delivery and acceptance of the bed. Fund can be paid by cash, PayNow or internet banking.

6. How fast for the delivery upon confirmation?

We required 2 to 3 days to arrange for the transportation. Please check with our sales colleague if you required immediate or urgent delivery.

7. Do you provide short term rental?

Yes, but only for limited units. Please check with our sales colleague for the availability.

8. Can we customize the bed including the mattress sizes?

Yes, please check with our sales colleague.

9. Do you dispose the existing bed & mattress?

Yes, but we charge the disposal services for the existing bed.
